Narrandera Eagles senior netballer Toni Mimmo will celebrate an incredible milestone as she takes the court for her 400th game for the Narrandera Eagles.
Four hundred games is a massive achievement and one that very few players ever reach. Toni first pulled on the Eagles dress back in 1995, and over more than three decades she has given so much to the club.
A talented and speedy goal attack, her skill and experience are clear every time she takes the court. Her knowledge of the game not only makes her a fantastic player, but also someone who helps the players around her develop and grow.
Toni has been part of A Grade premierships and has represented the Eagles at the highest level, but her contribution to the club goes well beyond what happens on court. She has been a wonderful club person across both the junior and senior ranks, always willing to help, support others and get involved wherever she can.
It is only fitting that Toni has also been awarded Life Membership of the Narrandera Eagles - a very special recognition of the incredible contribution she has made to the club over so many years.
One of the most special parts of Toni’s Eagles journey has been the opportunity to play alongside her daughter, Hallie. To share the court with a daughter is something pretty special and a wonderful part of an already incredible Eagles story.
Toni currently lines up in A Reserve, and there could be no better way to celebrate 400 games than taking the court with her teammates this Saturday against Turvey Park at Maher Oval at 11.15am.
