Narrandera Bowling and Recreation Club’s bowlers recently performed well at this year’s BCiB Grade 2 Open Pennant State Finals, but bowed out in the latter stages of the tournament.

The games were played at Merrylands Bowling Club.

In the first round, Narrandera defeated Belrose 75-56.

The bowlers lost 58-50 against Charlestown in the second round, but bounced back with a resounding 66-42 win against Forster.

Their time at the tournament ended when they were beaten 69-63 in a close game against Waverley in the quarter finals.
