Open Boys and Girls Touch teams both had a mix of wins and losses in the Combined High Schools Touch Gala day held in Wagga last week.

Despite many players being incredibly sore after playing football and league tag the night before, they showed outstanding determination, skill, and teamwork throughout the day.

It was also a bittersweet moment watching the Year 12 students take the field for the final time.

Having seen them represent the school and develop their skills over the years, it was a proud moment to watch them play together one last time.

All these students represented the school, both in their effort on the field and their excellent behaviour.

Every player contributed to the team and could easily be recognised for their efforts, however a special mention goes to Thomas Woodhead scoring eight tries, across five games.

A big thank you to Miss Messner for coaching and supporting the girls team.
