Grong Grong Sports Club’s recent softball finals produced a great afternoon of softball and laughter as A Grade and B Grade played for the winning title.

A Grade winners were Allsorts and B Grade winners Outta Control.

Players and Stayers $50 draw went to Rebecca Rowlings.

Junior of the year (the Wally Scott award) went to Hughey Lucas.

Female Best and Fairest was Alison Lyons and Male Best and Fairest(Stephanie Alkemade award) to Kyle Prior, Matt Gawne and Scott Hamblin.

Most catches Denise Karlberg 7, most home runs Nate Hamblin and most times home Scott Hamblin.

Thanks were extended to players, supporters, volunteers and umpires for all the effort and sportsmanship and support for the club.

The competition will return in February 2027.
