Henry Taylor has emerged the Proten Cup Rugby League Player of the Year.

Taylor joins the previous players of the season in the Proten Cup.

• 2022: D'Andre Williams (Narrandera)

• 2023: Will Charles (Ivanhoe)

• 2025: Noah Forbutt (Barellan)

He was in the first Proten Cup representative men’s side named to take on Regan Cup in Grenfell in May.

The side was the first to represent the competition at representative level since 2019, where they defeated Murray Cup 36-6 at Narrandera.

Henry and Oliver Taylor earnt their first caps after five seasons with Goolgowi.
