Barellan’s Top Dog Café was named the outstanding new business at the Narrandera Shire Business Awards held at the Narrandera Ex-Servicemen’s Club last week.

The awards are a collaboration with the Rotary Club of Narrandera and Narrandera Business Chamber Inc.

Guest speaker was Robbert Smitt who talked about his career as an animator and displayed his talents with some cartoons.
