Locals with green thumbs are being invited to attend this year’s Leeton Open Gardens event on Easter Monday 6 April.

The Leeton Garden Club will have six gardens open from 10am to 4pm.

Whether you’re a passionate gardener or just enjoy beautiful outdoor spaces, this is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, gain inspiration and enjoy a relaxing day out.

Garden owners will be on hand to share their knowledge, offering insights into their designs, plants, tips and gardening experiences.

Cost will be $25 per person to visit a variety of gardens and will include a morning tea provided at one garden, or $5 per person to visit a single garden.

Some of the event highlights will include the Leeton Town Band playing at one of the open gardens.

A delicious Country Women’s Association (CWA) catered lunch will also be available for purchase at one of the gardens.

Tickets and maps of all the open gardens will be available on the day (9.30am to 12 noon) from the Leeton Visitor’s Centre and at all open gardens.

EFTPOS will be available at the visitor centre, but cash only will be accepted at the open gardens.

Tickets are also available online at www.ticketebo.com.au/leetonopengardens2026

Anyone who has visited an open garden on the day can visit the Shady Gum Nursery in Narrandera on Easter Monday and show them you have participated in the open gardens event to receive a 25 per cent discount on plants purchased there.
