Lockhart Grade 5 played bowls at Holbrook last Saturday going down 48-94 while Lockhart/Urana Grade 7 played Henty at Urana and also went down 57-71.

Congratulations to the Lockhart Ex-Serviceman’s Bowls Team for taking out the Business House Bowls Championships.

Team members were Michael Smyth, Todd and Zara Crisp and Ted May with 149 points. (Thank you to everyone who participated every week and also to Hounsell Building and Plumbing for another year of sponsorship).

Club President Terry Mildren thanked everyone for playing and also extended a huge thanks to Barry Love for the past 26 years of organising Business House Bowls - this being his last season.

Thanks also to the green keepers, barbecue cooks, bar staff and anyone else who has been a part of it.
