Narrandera High Teachers Federation held a day of action on Wednesday 12th October to bring attention to state wide teacher shortages. The day involved bringing awareness to the issue of the need for greater teacher recruitment and unsustainable workloads. Teacher burnout is leading to teachers leaving the profession or not considering the profession as an option at university. The school day was not disrupted by the actions of the Federation.
