Successful recipients of the Narrandera Community Bank (Bendigo) Round 1 Community Grants and Sponsorships program have been announced.

This round saw a fantastic range of applications and the branch was pleased to support initiatives that make a real difference in the community.

Thirteen projects have benefitted with contributions totalling $58,838 going back into the community for this round.

Successful organisations and projects were:

• With One Voice Riverina – Riverina Sing-A-Round (social connection through music and singing)

• Narrandera Football Club – Necessary Equipment

• Lions Club of Narrandera – Mobile Kitchen/Food Van Replacement

• The Cad Factory – upstARTS Narrandera (art workshops at the Narrandera Arts and Community Centre)

• Narrandera Bowling and Recreation Club – Narrandera’s Dream Greens (new Greens mower)

• Narrandera District Garden Club – Narrandera Town andCountry Open Garden Day

• Narrandera Landcare – Woody Weed Control Project

• Kurrajong Waratah – Drama and Performance Group – Kurrajongs Got Talent

• Narrandera Shire Council – Narrandera Koala Festival

• St Joseph’s Primary School Narrandera – Year 6 Canberra Excursion

• CWA Narrandera Evening Branch – Narrandera International Food Fair 2026

• Rural Financial Counselling Service NSW – Just a Farmer Movie Screening – Narrandera

• Little Connections Narrandera Playgroup – Shade update

The Bank looks forward to seeing the great outcomes these funded projects will bring to the community.
