Narrandera East Infants School students played their part in National Tree Day activities on Friday. They planted grass in a sustainability effort to save the Superb Parrot, threw seed bombs with Acacia tree seeds and then enjoyed a tour of the John Lake Centre, where they held turtles and marvelled at a huge Murray Cod called 'Agro'.
