The Narrandera Eagles will have a challenging weekend against the Griffith Swans.
The Swans are currently sitting on top of the ladder, a full four points ahead of their nearest competitors, Collingullie.
Coach-captain of the senior Eagles, Jarrod Lane, said the game would be an opportunity to see how far the team have come.
“They’re on top and undefeated, and when we played them at the start of the season it was pretty tough.
“We’re looking forward to it, just to see how we’ve improved. We’re pretty confident that we can be competitive and we’ll take it to them.”
The senior Eagles are playing at home this week, while the juniors are playing at Nixon Park in Temora against the Temora Kangaroos.
